Key ResponsibilitiesManage a designated territory, executing complete sales strategies including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiations, and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively. Drive new business development and client acquisition. Cultivate relationships with contractors and construction company leaders, showcasing how EquipmentShare can enhance their operations and profitability. Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction with our services, and keeping them informed about additional solutions that can benefit their business. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct sales presentations for both prospective and existing clients. Innovate and develop new sales strategies to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.

We are excited to announce an opening for a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Hartford, CT. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional eager to grow with us and contribute to the future of construction. As a Territory Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base by fostering relationships with contractors and construction company leaders. Our Core Solutions branches provide a diverse range of construction equipment rentals, including aerial lifts, earth-moving machinery, and material handling tools.
Compensation: $150,000 - $600,000 Total Compensation (includes a $30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with no market restrictions)
