Role overview
The Territory Manager for Springfield, MA acts as Slice’s on-the-ground presence, working face-to-face with pizzeria owners throughout the region. This outside sales position covers the entire sales cycle: introducing new shops to the Slice network and building stronger relationships with current members. The main objective is to help each pizzeria benefit fully from Slice’s Family Membership, which includes solutions like Slice Register (Point-of-Sale), online and phone ordering, and discounted pizza boxes.
Understanding the unique needs of each business is key. Some owners may be ready to implement every Slice solution, while others might prefer a more gradual approach. Regular in-person visits and travel within the Springfield area are a core part of the job.
