You will oversee the entirety of the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring our merchants are set up for sustained success. This multifaceted role encompasses project management, customer engagement, and process enhancement, with a consistent focus on account management, retention, and support once merchants are operational.You will collaborate across various functions to develop efficient and scalable onboarding procedures, delivering an exceptional experience for every merchant. If you're passionate about empowering restaurants to adopt transformative technology and wish to influence the industry's future, this position is perfect for you.What You’ll Do:Onboarding / Implementation:Manage the end-to-end onboarding process: Take ownership of the customer journey from sales handover through setup, training, and go-live, ensuring that implementation stays on schedule, addressing any concerns, and positioning merchants for long-term success.Relationship Management: Act as the principal point of contact for new merchants, ensuring smooth implementation by guiding them through clear communication, addressing concerns, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.Training: Facilitate training sessions for merchants on the effective use of Tebi's products.Drive Process Excellence: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and create scalable onboarding processes that enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and optimize the merchant experience.Account Management / Support:Act as the primary liaison for merchants: Ensure ongoing support and account management to foster long-term relationships with our clients.
