Position: Territory Sales Representative

Location: Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas, including King of Prussia, Allentown, Lancaster, Norristown, and Phoenixville.

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

First Help Financial is growing its Outside Sales department and looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join the team. This role focuses on building and maintaining partnerships with auto dealerships throughout Pennsylvania. The position is field-based, not a traditional desk job, and involves frequent travel within the assigned territory. Vehicle travel is reimbursed.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective auto dealerships in the territory.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for dealership accounts, remaining accessible by phone, text, or email during business hours.
  • Educate dealerships about First Help Financial’s services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with auto dealerships, including cold calling.
  • Travel weekly to dealerships within the assigned region.
