Test Automation Engineer

We are currently hiring for our offices in Leuven and Ghent.
Your Responsibilities
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in automating new and existing test cases within our applications and projects.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts;
- Document and report results, including defect management;
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure efficient delivery;
- Act as an ambassador for testing and test automation, emphasizing quality;
- Continuously seek ways to improve existing testing procedures;
- Monitor scope, quality, and timelines;
- Implement frameworks and make necessary customized adjustments.
What We Are Looking For
- Extensive experience in testing and test automation;
- A solid technical background with programming knowledge;
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, Cucumber, HP UFT, Ranorex, Protractor);
- Knowledge of testing tools (HP ALM, JIRA, etc.);
- An Agile environment is your natural habitat, but you also understand other methodologies;
- Strong communication skills, proactive and assertive;
- Detail-oriented and driven;
- Pragmatic and eager to learn;
- A team player who can work independently;
- Enjoys challenges and does not get easily discouraged;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, and/or French.
