Qualifications

ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for infrastructure, platform, and application systems. Develop automated tests across various layers, including infrastructure and platform services, APIs and microservices, data pipelines, and user-facing applications. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for seamless continuous integration and delivery. Collaborate with engineering teams to define comprehensive test strategies and ensure adequate test coverage. Create and maintain testing harnesses, mocks, simulators, and stubs for complex system dependencies. Support testing initiatives for distributed, real-time, and high-availability systems. Identify coverage gaps and propose enhancements to mitigate risks and improve reliability. Engage in regression, performance, and integration testing efforts. Analyze test outcomes, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate with engineers for issue resolution. Maintain detailed test documentation, reports, and metrics. Advocate for best practices in test automation, maintainability, and reliability. Participate in Agile development cycles and planning activities. Perform additional duties as required. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field.5+ years of professional experience in test automation, software engineering, or systems engineering. Strong programming skills and familiarity with modern test automation tools and frameworks. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
