Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Development Engineer to enhance our existing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our hardware and software development teams to design, develop, and maintain test systems for pre-production test solutions. Reporting to the Hardware Test Team Lead, you will work within a team environment that values collaboration and proactive engagement. Our engineers are empowered to take ownership of their projects and to develop innovative testing solutions that align with our requirements. We prioritize teamwork and the right interpersonal skills over formal qualifications or specific experience.
You will be instrumental in fostering effective communication with both internal teams and third-party engineers, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the Hardware Team.
The Hardware Team
Our Hardware Test Team is an integral part of a larger Hardware Department, which includes Signal Integrity (SI), Mechanical, Layout, Package, and Hardware engineers. This team is responsible for delivering state-of-the-art accelerators for machine learning and closely collaborates with Silicon, Firmware, and Production teams during the product development cycle.
Key Responsibilities
As a successful candidate, you will define testing methods, specify appropriate testing equipment, and automate test systems within the Hardware Engineering Team.
