- Conduct machine maintenance and calibration as per the established maintenance schedule.
- Investigate and analyze equipment downtime, performing mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs as necessary. Ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Diagnose failures on measurement boards and PCBs and execute necessary repairs.
- Compile daily reports on BIN topics for monitoring and assessment.
- Independently adapt and expand circuit diagrams to meet engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with equipment engineers to develop strategies that minimize failures, enhance quality and production output, and lower costs in conjunction with process and equipment engineering.
- Examine failures on carriers to identify root causes.
- Ensure all modifications align with lead plant engineering requirements.
- Take responsibility for 8D processes and handle lot dispositions.
- Train operators as per alignment with production management.
- Provide support to production activities.
- Assist in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plans.
- Guarantee the availability of spare parts.
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor as required.
