Test Lead
Join our dynamic team at E*Pro, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our application software. As a Test Lead, you will collaborate with development and support teams to identify and address gaps in both functional and technical requirements, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and support teams to pinpoint functional or technical requirement gaps and escalate these to SVB.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Data Warehouse and ETL Testing methodologies.
- Possess a solid understanding of Transactions and Payment Functions.
- Oversee the scheduling, monitoring, evaluation, and direction of projects to guarantee comprehensive business solutions.
- Provide consistent test status reports to SVB on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Engage in strategic reviews with SVB to align on testing initiatives.
- Assist in estimating and planning capacity for new initiatives in the pipeline.
- Prepare and review test cases in alignment with the Functional Requirement Document (FRD) and Business Requirement Document (BRD).
- Participate in Requirement Walkthroughs, Defect Triages, and Stand-up calls to represent QA activities effectively.
- Coordinate efforts between Onshore and Offshore testing/application teams.
- Conduct Manual Testing, including Functional, Regression, Ad-Hoc, and Exploratory Testing of applications.
- Develop a Test Automation Framework and present it to SVB for sign-off.
- Prepare an End-to-End Automation suite and create a Traceability Matrix.
