We are looking for candidates with a background in thermal engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience in thermal analysis tools and methodologies. Knowledge of spacecraft systems and materials is a plus. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
