In the role of Tier 1 IT Support Engineer, you will be the initial point of contact for technical support issues at a major client site. This position combines technical troubleshooting with outstanding customer service and communication skills, supporting a cloud-first environment for high-demand financial users. It is crucial for this role to be executed with professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness, as you will closely collaborate with our client and represent Siepe on-site.
 
We are currently in search of a customer service-oriented engineer to deliver exceptional on-site support for a prominent client in the Durham, NC area. The position involves both walk-up and remote user assistance, with the client environment being predominantly cloud-based and featuring minimal on-premises infrastructure.
