Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. Proven experience in factory design, automation, and machine development. Strong knowledge of robotics, motion systems, and safety standards such as ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with high-rate production systems and a commitment to maintaining safety and reliability in manufacturing processes is essential. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team while leading projects to successful completion.
