We are looking for an individual who possesses practical experience with hand tools, power tools, and an understanding of automobile maintenance and home repairs. As a Tooling Presetter, your role will involve ensuring that our production team has the necessary materials to adhere to the work schedule, thereby maintaining a smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the daily work schedule and guarantee that all materials are available and ready for use.
  • Thoroughly clean and prepare used tooling for upcoming tasks.
  • Utilize basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches, along with tool measuring devices like gauges, both manual and computerized.
  • Document and communicate test results and relevant billing information.
  • Contribute insights to address manufacturing challenges or tool setup issues.
  • Occasionally operate machine shop equipment, including saws, sanders, sandblasters, and polishers, as necessary.
