Strong engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively. Proficient in using metrics to assess performance and inform recruitment strategies. Adaptable and flexible, capable of adjusting priorities as business needs change. Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools. A highly motivated self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
