Join our prestigious trainee program designed for graduates from PRC law schools and early-career PRC lawyers. This two-year traineeship is a key pathway to gaining the essential skills and experience needed to advance to an associate or assistant position at Clifford Chance.
Throughout your traineeship, you will:
- Participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes lectures, workshops, and e-learning courses that leverage our global, regional, and local training initiatives.
- Collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas, allowing you to diversify your experience and determine your preferred area of specialization.
We recruit every trainee with the expectation that they will eventually transition into associates or assistants within the firm.
