Position Overview
As our Training and Development Specialist (TDS), you will play a pivotal role in designing, curating, and delivering adult learning programs tailored to Rithum's unique needs. You will harness internal knowledge resources to create a curriculum that embodies industry best practices and in-depth technical insights, while organizing training sessions that utilize multiple mediums to ensure effective content delivery.
Your familiarity with instructional methodologies, content structuring, and skills enhancement will be essential in facilitating knowledge acquisition, application, and retention among participants.
In collaboration with your manager and team, you will assess the developmental needs of individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole, identifying any skills, knowledge, or performance gaps and addressing them through targeted training initiatives. Your contributions will ensure consistent, high-quality service to our global clientele and colleagues.
You will take personal accountability for your career development, actively seeking opportunities to enhance your competencies and professional growth. A successful TDS will optimize the use of Rithum's internal resources to build their skill set while applying insights gained from both formal and informal feedback.
