Principal Accountabilities:Deliver engaging product, sales, and service training for retail partners and internal teams. Support the development and localization of training materials and tools. Conduct store visits and field coaching to assess training effectiveness and product knowledge. Partner with Brand and Sales teams to support product launches and campaigns. Organize and support training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs. Gather feedback and insights to continuously enhance training quality. Requirements:1+ years of relevant experience in training, retail training, or sales training. Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or premium retail is advantageous. Strong presentation and communication skills. Solid understanding of retail operations and frontline staff engagement. Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. Fluent in Cantonese; good command of English is a plus.
