Leadership Program in the Arts

The Journey
Over the course of ten months, you will invest deeply in your personal and professional growth. You will actively share your perspective and contribute to a sector that is pluralistic, sustainable, and resilient.
Alongside sharing your experiences, you will gain the tools, network, and space necessary to concretely shape your vision. The Methodology
With guidance from experienced coaches, you will engage interactively and practically in your development. Differences in background and experience will be deliberately utilized as sources of learning and innovation. Personal growth will go hand in hand with the exchange of best practices in workshops, peer circles, and intervision. This creates a learning environment where participants and coaches challenge, support, and inspire one another.
The Program
You will develop strategic insight, transformative power, and vision, with a particular focus on connection. Structured thematic workshops will alternate with flexible sessions centered on your practical cases. Additionally, you will create a personal learning plan that provides direction for your growth.
