The Solar Maintenance Technician is a vital member of the Array Optimization Team (AOT), overseeing onsite operations to ensure tasks are executed effectively. This position is responsible for ensuring safety, optimizing task efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of workmanship and quality.

This role includes performing preventative and corrective maintenance on solar modules, strings, trackers, and inverters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire team members to reach their full potential while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Onboard and train new crew members in safety protocols, technical procedures, software usage, and documentation practices.
  • Provide clear guidance and leadership for daily onsite tasks to ensure efficient operations.
