Establish clear ownership models, defined engagement channels, and consistent handoffs to ensure efficient and effective participation from cross-functional partners throughout the deal cycle.Act as a Trusted Commercial Partner: Serve as a primary operational ally to Sales, delivering high-quality, customer-facing quotations that facilitate prompt deal execution. Coordinate with subject matter experts across various functions to expedite deal closure and enhance customer satisfaction.Boost Deal Accuracy and Velocity: Collaborate closely with Pricing, IT, and go-to-market teams to ensure that business objectives are executed flawlessly. By specializing teams around specific market needs, increase both the precision and speed of the quotes provided.
