The Role:
As an interpreter, you will listen to, understand, and accurately convey spoken content from the source language to the target language. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing interpretation for individuals accessing legal, health, and local government services
- Ensuring non-English speakers comprehend after each statement
- Engaging in conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting
- Handling highly confidential information with care
- Facilitating communication between service users and providers
