We are seeking a highly skilled User Acceptance Testing Analyst (UAT) to join our dynamic team. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to ensure the highest quality of performance during user acceptance testing processes.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with mid-level professionals from various lines of business as well as technical teams specialized in the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti Money Laundering (AML). The analyst will be responsible for conducting hands-on testing and assisting business partners in their initial experiences with new platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage a strong foundation in Software Quality Assurance to quickly master the Cornerstone Solution.
- Implement effective strategies for functional releases and onboarding events for various Lines of Business (LOB).
- Create Test Scenarios to validate that functionalities align with business requirements.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to potential code defects.
- Prepare pre-condition data to maximize testing efficiency.
- Guide users through the execution of Test Scenarios.
- Utilize the ALM Tool for defect management, progress monitoring, and data extraction for reporting.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
