The Role
As a User Acquisition Specialist at Air Apps, you will spearhead initiatives to attract and retain users through diverse channels, including paid advertising, affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, and organic growth tactics. Utilizing data-driven insights and performance marketing strategies, you will optimize marketing expenditures, reduce cost per acquisition, and ensure that user growth aligns seamlessly with our business objectives.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Craft and implement multi-channel user acquisition strategies, encompassing paid search, social media advertising, display ads, influencer collaborations, and referral initiatives.
Campaign Management: Design, oversee, and fine-tune advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, while managing budgets, bids, and targeting settings.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (CPI, CPA, LTV) through analytics and attribution tools, offering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Experimentation: Consistently test new channels, creative concepts, and messaging to identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to synchronize acquisition strategies with product launches and promotional events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing user acquisition campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
