About The Team
The UX Research team is integral to our development process, involving customers from initial discovery through to post-launch evaluation. We collaborate with various stakeholder teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that customer experience aligns harmoniously with product monetization.
About The Role
Roku is seeking a dedicated UX Researcher to focus primarily on customer sentiment surveys that accompany product A/B tests and other quantitative research initiatives. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Design, and fellow researchers. You will work on impactful projects that influence major decisions regarding new products and features, directly impacting millions of users.
For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000. Compensation packages are tailored to each candidate, considering factors such as skills, certifications, and geographical location. What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, planning, and executing research initiatives to analyze factors influencing product and feature sentiment, particularly in the context of A/B testing.
- Actively collaborating in the design of experimental A/B tests.
