ResponsibilitiesSystem Testing: Plan and execute validation and verification of defense systems (drones, payloads, etc.) in both simulated and real-world environments. Flight Test Campaigns: Design and execute thorough tests for new features, hardware configurations, and software updates. Test Protocols: Create, document, and refine structured test processes. Data Analysis: Capture and analyze telemetry, logs, and test results to evaluate system behavior and collaborate with R&D on design improvements. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work in close partnership with hardware, software, and systems teams to assist with debugging and iteration based on test results. Candidate Requirements2–5 years of experience in validation for aerospace or robotic systems, or embedded robotics. Strong understanding of methodologies for rigorous testing and validation of technical systems. Familiarity with flight dynamics, control systems, avionics, and/or RF systems. Proficient in designing and executing structured test protocols. Experience in data analysis related to system testing.
