Your Responsibilities:

As a Validation Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Hardware Development team. You will oversee electrical and environmental validation and testing of automotive battery components both in-house and with external partners. Your role encompasses the entire validation cycle, from identifying risk components to crafting and justifying test plans and specifications that align with customer and internal standards. You will also contribute to test setup and automation initiatives. Additionally, you will plan and execute validation tests, facilitate lessons learned sessions, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with development and production teams.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop and refine Validation Master Plans, Project Plans, and detailed Protocols for all validation and commissioning activities.
  • Manage specifications and requirements for environmental and electrical testing while considering customer needs and developing risk analysis tools based on utilized technologies and required mission profiles.
  • Participate in resource allocation and ensure effective execution of validation processes.
