Qualifications
1. Proficient in English communication.2. Over 3 years of experience in machining within mechanical manufacturing.3. Bachelor's degree or higher.4. Knowledgeable in creating and maintaining FMEA, CP, WI documentation, and PDCA tracking.5. Familiar with quality tools such as 5-why, fishbone diagrams, and KT methods, with a demonstrated ability to solve problems.6. Strong structured thinking and purposeful communication skills.

As a Value Stream Engineer, you will facilitate communication with our overseas plants on a daily basis to enhance operational efficiency. Your innovative mindset will drive continuous improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.
Key responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of process documentation, such as P-FMEA, CP, WI, and Routing, ensuring that all documentation is current and accurate.
Utilizing data-driven approaches, you'll solve practical problems on the shop floor, coordinating machining sample plans, validating new processes, and implementing new manufacturing equipment.
