Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive electronics software development. Demonstrated experience in the development and integration of chassis domain controllers. Highly skilled in automotive development tools, including but not limited to CANoe, CANape, MATLAB, and AUTOSAR development tools. Thorough understanding of automotive project management practices and development processes. Proficient in requirement management workflows and capable of independently preparing relevant technical documentation. In-depth knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and UDS. Strong command of both English and Chinese, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Effective communication skills and a robust ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

About the job

  • Take ownership of complete requirement analysis and management for VCU applications integrated into the controller, ensuring comprehensive functional delivery.
  • Formulate VCU system integration strategies, encompassing platform-based adaptations as well as vehicle-specific tailored integration and development methodologies.

  • Collaborate with external clients to gather requirement inputs, achieve alignment, and manage changes; meticulously decompose and translate requirements into internal specifications, which include functional requirements, electrical specifications, interfaces, communication protocols, diagnostics, and additional hardware/software specifications for R&D teams.

  • Investigate and resolve issues pertaining to VCU system integration; conduct root cause analyses and empower the integration team to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Assist the technical manager in coordinating project team activities, management tasks, and conducting post-project reviews.
