Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication regarding updates to BIM standards with project and discipline teams.
- Develop and implement BIM-related policies, processes, procedures, checklists, templates, and quick guides.
- Manage user access and permissions within Common Data Environments (CDEs) including BIM 360 and on-premises drives.
- Establish and uphold folder structures and naming conventions.
- Verify and maintain third-party and vendor models and reference files.
- Conduct scheduled interdisciplinary clash detections.
- Identify and advocate for the development of custom applications and automated processes.
- Collaborate with discipline leads to ensure project consistency and adapt to changing project needs.
