About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 Engineer to join our team. This role involves working with our comprehensive solution designed to back up and recover data from Microsoft Office 365, including on-premises Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint organizations, as well as Microsoft OneDrive for Business. Our offering, Cirrus by Veeam, combines the reliability and confidence of our backup and restore capabilities with the simplicity of Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS).

What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert technical support and in-depth troubleshooting for Veeam Software’s B2B clients via phone, email, and web conferencing.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for fellow IT professionals.
  • Research and resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively.
  • Timely update and manage assigned cases.
  • Contribute to documentation efforts to enhance Veeam’s knowledge base.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within the required SLA using our CRM tool.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies relevant to Veeam’s products and the underlying technologies.
