Responsibilities:Design and implement a comprehensive vehicle Control Plan for quality assurance throughout the lifecycle of the vehicle, ensuring adherence to all technical specifications. Provide on-site support at the manufacturing facility to oversee quality control in sub-assembly, vehicle integration, and system testing, which includes troubleshooting vehicle systems, conducting end-of-line tests, calibrating sensors, and performing drive tests. Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team on site to oversee the execution of established processes, ensuring that manufacturing and inspection activities are performed accurately using the correct tools, materials, and methods. Thoroughly document any issues and work cross-functionally to contain, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures. Approve vehicle repairs and reworks to ensure compliance with technical standards. Ensure each vehicle complies with specifications and sign off on completed vehicles before shipment to customers. Investigate, resolve, and monitor ongoing enhancements to product quality issues identified in the field.
