Qualifications

7-10 years of industry experience, with a strong emphasis on system architecture in the defense technology sector. Proven track record in designing small drone systems, including performance analysis and prototyping. Solid understanding of UAV system design, including layout planning and interface development. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the UAV design and integration process. Ability to manage tactical engineering projects, facilitating communication across engineering and testing disciplines. Expertise in drafting and executing test plans for critical subsystems, alongside supporting vehicle-level acceptance tests. Proficiency in developing interface controls for hardware, software, and electrical integration of complex payloads with Anduril UAVs. Strong analytical skills to lead vehicle data analysis for performance trend identification and predictive failure modeling. Hands-on experience with UAV testing, including occasional travel as required.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Within the Tactical Recon & Strike division, our Precision Engagement Systems (PES) team focuses on developing small aerial drones (Group 1-2) along with the necessary equipment for testing, deployment, and operation. We transform innovative concepts such as Anvil and Bolt from initial sketches into fully operational systems. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely with specialists to tackle some of the most challenging issues facing our clients. We are on the lookout for passionate software engineers, hardware engineers, roboticists, and front-end mobile developers eager to contribute to a robust robotics platform that can be controlled and monitored in real-time through various interfaces.
