Together, we will face intricate challenges, transform cutting-edge research into real-world technology, and help define the future of autonomous systems!As a Senior Hardware Designer, you will play a pivotal role in project development from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding and communicating project requirements with stakeholders and team members, as well as designing and implementing solutions. You will engage in discussions regarding architectural decisions, design trade-offs, and their implementation-specific impacts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design of digital, analog, and power supply circuits, including system-level integration within RF devices.Collaborate with customers to analyze and define clear functional and performance requirements.Own PCB architecture and oversee layout, ensuring optimal component placement, signal integrity, and manufacturability.Conduct advanced circuit design, simulations, and validation for complex hardware systems.Work closely with mechanical engineers to define thermal management, shielding, and mechanical integration strategies.Drive schematic design, component selection, and PCB layout in accordance with DFM, DFA, and DFT best practices.Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept and design through to prototyping, validation, and production support.Lead debugging and root-cause analysis of complex hardware issues in prototypes and early production units.Review and optimize designs to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Define and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including requirements, design specifications, schematics, and BOMs.Generate TPDs and collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers of PCBs and components.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews and technical decision-making.
