WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee daily operations for the nursing team, providing the necessary tools and support for their success.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Resolve patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy and clarity.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and shift leads to align on goals and operational flow.
- Utilize feedback from doctors to guide team development and uphold medical excellence.
