Qualifications
Responsibilities* Formulate and implement a thorough sales strategy that fosters consistent and scalable revenue growth across all target segments.* Act as a mentor and coach, providing hands-on support to Sales Engineers on intricate deals and personally overseeing our most significant enterprise transactions to ensure successful closure.* Ensure alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to facilitate seamless go-to-market strategies. Establish shared KPIs, collaborative planning, and ongoing feedback systems to enhance win rates, expansion efforts, and product-market compatibility.* Construct and expand the sales organization from the ground up, including Sales Engineers, Sales Development Representatives, and sales operations, while fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, and performance excellence.* Define and uphold process discipline throughout the sales cycle, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) clarity, outreach scripting, pipeline generation expectations, territory management, CRM hygiene, and thorough stage qualification.* Set and manage KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline to guarantee consistent performance and reliable revenue visibility.* Ensure forecasting accuracy through meticulous pipeline assessments, predictable stage progression criteria, and standardized qualification frameworks (such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or similar). Collaborate with FP&A for dependable weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.* Represent the organization as the public-facing sales leader by participating in webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer events, embodying the unified CXT brand.* Propel growth in key verticals (courier, shippers, healthcare) through targeted initiatives and strategic market development.
