We are seeking Vietnamese language specialists who are deeply knowledgeable in phonology, orthography, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, historical linguistics, and sociolinguistics. You will engage with advanced language models on topics such as tonal differentiation, classifier usage, compound formation, dialectal variation, idiomatic expressions, honorifics, and context-dependent meanings, meticulously documenting failures to strengthen model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will interact with the model on various language scenarios, verify factual accuracy and logical coherence, capture reproducible errors, and propose enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A Master's or PhD in Vietnamese language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred. Qualifications such as peer-reviewed publications, translation or interpretation experience, teaching credentials, or practical linguistic analysis projects indicate a strong fit. Clear and metacognitive communication, “showing your work”, is a must.
