Role Overview
We have cultivated an exceptional collecting community on our premier platform, Boxed.gg. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our VIP program, ensuring that our most engaged and loyal customers receive a premium experience that reflects the quality of our platform. The VIP Program Lead will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the VIP experience for our high-value clientele.
In this senior individual contributor role, you will work cross-functionally with various internal teams and external partners, manage operational workflows for VIP services, and serve as the advocate for VIP customers within our organization.
Location: Remote - North America Preferred. Occasional travel within the U. S. is required for in-person collaboration, team offsites, and company events.

Key Responsibilities
VIP Relationship Management
Lead the strategy and execution of the VIP program to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless VIP experience.
Analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve the VIP program.
