Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:- Efficiently manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.- Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.- Maintain an orderly system for files, documents, and reports. Project Management:- Utilize Monday.com to track timelines, tasks, and deliverables.- Assist in coordinating environmental research projects and ensure adherence to deadlines.- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the GM. Effective Communication:- Draft, proofread, and edit professional emails, reports, and presentations.- Manage communications to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.- Prepare meeting agendas and accurately record minutes. Research and Data Management:- Conduct research to support environmental initiatives.- Compile data for reports, presentations, and publications.- Update databases with relevant information. Task Prioritization and Follow-Up:- Effectively prioritize and manage the GM’s tasks to ensure smooth operations.- Set reminders for important deadlines, meetings, and events.
