About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Visiting Founder's Associate (Talent) to collaborate with our CEO and recruitment team in assembling a talented workforce that will drive the future of Peec AI. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of various aspects of the recruitment process, including proactive talent sourcing, outreach, pipeline management, and conducting initial interviews, all while working closely with hiring managers across diverse functions. This is an exceptional chance to gain insight into how a fast-growing startup builds a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to our primary objective: building a team of exceptional performers
Collaborate with Marius (CEO & Co-Founder) and the recruitment team to expand the Peec AI workforce across various departments
Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent through various channels including LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and innovative outreach methods
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and outreach to interviews and pipeline management
Conduct first-round interviews and evaluate candidates for both technical and non-technical roles
Work collaboratively with hiring managers in Engineering, Product, GTM, and Finance to align on role requirements and candidate profiles
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
Demonstrated experience through 1–2 internships or roles in recruiting, venture capital, consulting, high-growth startups, or other talent-related functions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates effectively
Strong curiosity about startups, technology, and the evolving landscape of talent acquisition
