1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or related fields, with 3-5 years of experience in developing visual perception algorithms for autonomous driving.2. Proficient in detection, classification, and tracking algorithms for traffic lights and road targets, with experience in urban NOA traffic light perception implementation preferred.3. Familiar with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, capable of independent model training, tuning, and problem analysis.4. Strong foundation in computer vision, knowledgeable in both traditional visual algorithms and deep learning object detection algorithms.5. Proficient in Python programming, with solid engineering implementation, code optimization, and debugging skills.6. Experience in developing models for in-vehicle embedded platforms, with preference given to those with Horizon platform development experience.7. Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and awareness of technical closure processes.

About the job

1. Take charge of the design, development, and iterative optimization of visual perception algorithms for traffic lights and road signs in autonomous vehicles, ensuring high recognition accuracy and real-time performance in complex urban environments.

2. Lead the research and development of comprehensive algorithms for traffic light detection, classification, status recognition, tracking, and prediction, addressing challenges such as occlusion, backlighting, adverse weather, and nighttime scenarios.

3. Develop and implement fusion algorithms for traffic light perception based on multi-sensor visual data.

4. Responsible for training, evaluating, quantizing, and optimizing perception models to meet the computational power and latency requirements of in-vehicle embedded platforms.

5. Collaborate with system, localization, and planning control teams to conduct algorithm integration, issue identification, and real-world testing.

6. Stay updated on cutting-edge industry technologies, leading algorithm selection and implementation to continually enhance the stability and robustness of the perception system.
