Role Overview:
The Front Desk Executive will be pivotal in managing establishment operations, ensuring compliance across our PAN India branches, coordinating vendor payments, overseeing procurement, maintaining records, and ensuring hygiene standards are upheld.
The selected candidate will report directly to the General Manager - Establishment and will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance for E-way bill generation across branches.
- Manage relationships with local vendors and handle petty cash for daily expenditures.
- Maintain records of previously printed OCC forms.
- Process bills for various services (pantry, courier, etc.) on the payment portal while ensuring timely payments for property taxes.
- Upload updated rent agreements for compliance.
- Assist in ordering training materials and first aid kits, and maintain records of purchase invoices.
- Oversee telephone operations and front desk responsibilities.
- Coordinate deep cleaning and hygiene services across branches.
- Perform other establishment-related tasks as required.
