As a Warehouse Associate, you will efficiently load, unload, and transport materials within our facility, ensuring a smooth workflow and contributing to our manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interpret work orders or follow verbal instructions to identify materials or containers that require movement.
2. Manually load and unload materials from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
3. Secure materials in vehicles using strapping, bracing, or padding to avoid damage during transport.
4. Engage with customers directly during their pick-up process.
5. Transport materials from storage or work sites to specified locations within the facility.
6. Label materials or mark information on cases, bales, or other containers.
7. Prepare loads for over-the-road drivers.
8. Organize materials on production lines and within trailers.
9. Lift heavy items manually and maintain cleanliness in work areas, assisting machine operators as needed.
10. Utilize industrial forklifts to assist in moving or loading materials and products.
11. Contribute positively to a team environment and adhere to quality control protocols.
12. Follow all safety regulations to promote a secure working environment.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
