Role Overview

The Warehouse Operative manages the daily flow of goods at the Columbia Way Office in New South Wales. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on receiving, handling, sorting, scanning, and dispatching products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive, scan, sort, and store incoming goods on shelves.
  • Load and unload containers or vehicles, using computer systems to track stock quantities and locations accurately.
  • Operate machinery, such as forklifts, to manage inventory (2-4 years of experience required).
  • Forklift certification or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Assist with regular stock audits and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
  • Follow strict Work Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Support packing and the physical transfer of goods as needed.
  • Report incidents or hazards according to Datacom policy to maintain a safe workplace for everyone.
