Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your expertise to review and analyze warranty claims, especially complex ones, to identify additional revenue opportunities.
- Gather necessary information from customers and dealerships to optimize claim payments.
- Utilize our proprietary software to accurately validate and process warranty claims.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of warranty claims, including labor operations and customer details.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to address warranty claim inquiries and issues.
- Document all warranty claim activities, maintaining compliance with company and OEM policies.
- Ensure the accuracy of warranty claims and make necessary corrections.
- Manage the customer's warranty receivables schedule and ensure reconciliation with the OEM.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify trends and enhance processes related to warranty claims.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries about claims status.
