Position Overview

We are looking for a Program Director to become a vital part of our thriving Water Group in Texas. This leadership role will report to the Director of National Sales and will be instrumental in driving and expanding our water business throughout Texas while also supporting national growth initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in spearheading regional business development efforts within the water sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Enhance and broaden Woolpert’s water resources, stormwater, and coastal engineering services while pursuing new business opportunities in groundwater management, water supply, and water master planning.
  • Empower Teams: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a high-performance culture capable of addressing complex challenges.
  • Innovate Strategically: Utilize advanced technologies to provide real-time flood predictions, adaptive wet weather controls, and address harmful algal blooms.
