Key Responsibilities:Ensure the health of the website by monitoring aspects such as speed, responsiveness, accessibility, security, and structural integrity. Implement technical SEO strategies, ensuring proper execution of metadata, indexing, schema, and internal linking. Manage analytics and tracking systems, including GA4, Tag Manager, dashboards, events, goals, UTMs, and attribution frameworks. Analyze user behavior and conversion metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Support paid media and email marketing campaigns by validating tracking mechanisms, analyzing post-click behavior, and ensuring data reliability. Develop email templates, schedule, deploy campaigns, and manage marketing operations including QA, UTMs, segmentation inputs, and performance metrics. Oversee marketing technology integrations and automation across various platforms including CMS, CRM, analytics, and ad systems. Possess a working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in tools like Adobe Dreamweaver. Demonstrate strong website management skills, including CMS updates, page builds, site structure, and ongoing technical maintenance. Exhibit expertise in web analytics and tracking systems, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, dashboards, events, goals, UTMs, and attribution models. Maintain site health by optimizing performance, ensuring mobile responsiveness, accessibility, redirects, and addressing crawl issues. Utilize analytical skills to evaluate user behavior, pinpoint conversion obstacles, and propose data-driven enhancements. Contribute to paid media and email campaigns through effective tracking validation and data analysis.
