Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Web Product Manager to join our R&D team and support the Director of Product Development in the evolution of our mobile app projects. This role encompasses collaboration with various teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects while driving web analytics and revenue growth. As the business owner of your assigned websites, you will ensure a stellar customer experience from discovery through delivery. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and collaborative spirit will be key in this fast-paced environment.

As a Product Manager, you will oversee the complete customer journey, ensuring that every aspect meets or exceeds customer expectations, from initial site exploration to product fulfillment and delivery timelines. You will need to apply a holistic approach to acquisition, user experience, platform performance, operations, and post-purchase engagement to create a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Important Note: Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the Calabasas area, as we operate on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote).
