Key Responsibilities:
As a Weekend Evening Resident Experience Associate (Saturday & Sunday, 3 PM - 11 PM), you will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, taking pride in creating lasting impressions and building positive relationships. Your ability to connect with people and make them feel at home is crucial to your success. You will personalize each interaction and strive to remember details about our customers, including their four-legged companions.
- Convert leads into community tours by engaging with prospects and providing valuable insights about our community and neighborhood.
- Support occupancy goals by coordinating tours with the leasing team.
- Address and resolve issues for residents and prospects promptly and with empathy.
- Plan and execute events and activities that promote resident engagement and community spirit.
- Enhance brand loyalty and meet resident retention targets by ensuring a consistently positive living experience and a well-maintained community.
- Increase awareness and excitement through social media outreach.
- Encourage satisfied customers to share their experiences through online reviews.
- Meticulously organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
- Commit to working weekends or evenings as required.
- Be open to obtaining a leasing license within your first 90 days of employment.
