Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain in-depth knowledge of client needs, products, and services. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately. Listen carefully to customer concerns and demonstrate empathy. Process over-the-counter, phone, fax, and email orders accurately and promptly. Handle payments from Will Call customers, as well as over-the-phone transactions (cash, debit, etc.). Professionally answer a multi-line phone system. Engage with customers face-to-face. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with both internal and external customers to clearly define their service requirements and expectations. Respond to all inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication. Exceed customer expectations by adapting to their requirements and requests. Manage customer database effectively, maintaining records of interactions and processing customer accounts. Perform other duties as assigned.
