Join our dynamic team as a WINTEL Engineer, where you will be responsible for providing Level 3 support and troubleshooting for critical Wintel incidents. You will serve as the final escalation point for severe incidents and will engage in deep troubleshooting of performance, stability, and connectivity issues related to Windows Server.
Your responsibilities will include managing recurrent issues with permanent solutions, leading technical calls during P1 and P2 incidents, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and planning preventive actions. You will also be tasked with the administration of Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, and 2022), managing patching and vulnerability remediation, and ensuring compliance with security baselines.
In addition, you will oversee Active Directory architecture issues, including replication, DNS, Kerberos, trusts, and GPO failures, and handle domain migrations and data center upgrades. Your expertise in integrating with Azure AD and managing VMware environments will be critical to your success.
You will analyze monitoring tool alerts, implement preventive monitoring thresholds, and enhance uptime while reducing recurring incidents. Maintaining standard operating procedures, supporting audits, and sharing knowledge with L1/L2 teams will also be key components of your role.
